Rizzoli & Isles premieres tonight on TNT after The season 6 opener of The Closer. TNT sent me an advance copy and I liked it. It stars Angie Harmon and Sasha Alexander. Harmon plays a police detective and Alexander a medical examiner. Their relationship reminds me of Nurse Jackie and the Doctor on Showtime. Alexander's character, Isles is beautifully dressed at all times, and the two do quite a bit of verbal sparring.
The show is violent and bloody. Sometimes, the first episode was a little too scary for me, but again I'm kind of a baby, so it may not be a problem for you. Check it out tonight and see for yourself.
